Me and GSSE!

 Introducing Me

Hey! My name is Carolin! I'm a rising senior at White Station High School in Memphis, but for this June I'm a member of Govenor School for Science and Engineering or GSSE. In this blog I'll be of course introducing myself to you but also you what I'll be doing at GSSE. As a 17-year-old rising senior this year will be my last year of high school where I enjoy the journey (or challenge) we call high school. I will be having fun and hanging out with my friends at football games like many times before...

But I will also be exploring my love of science. Specifically, chemistry. During my time at GSSE I will be learning about complex topics of the subject such nano-chemistry and raman spectroscopy while also engaging in classes that cover how STEM works in the natural world. Prepared and excited for the next month you my dear reader will join me in my journey uncovering new information each day at GSSE.
